As an intermediary, we do not directly provide medical services. Medical outcomes are inherently uncertain, and we do not assume liability for specific medical results.
Service fees are clearly stipulated when signing the service agreement. No hidden fees will be charged beyond the agreed-upon fees.
Refunds may be requested prior to the commencement of services. Specific refund policies are subject to the service agreement signed by both parties.
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
